BUSINESS GROWTH MANAGER

As a Business Growth Manager you are responsible for executing The Icon Hub’s (business) growth strategy to enable the company to scale and maintain a healthy financial position within the marketplace. 

 

The goal is to grow the business, according to the ICP (Ideal Customer Profile) and Commercial Goals. The Growth Manager function typically lives at the intersection of sales and marketing, and is focused on customer acquisition activations. You are also expected to execute the expansion tactics and meet (financial) targets. Last but not least, supporting the strategic (DE&I pilars) positioning of the company. The Business Growth Manager reports to the CEO.

 

What will you be doing? 

 

Strategy & Sales

  • Execute the Growth Strategy and think of Growth Tactics (Blue Oceans)
  • Creating opportunities to meet with prospective clients and decision makers
  • Growing the portfolio; F&B, Lifestyle & Beauty and Tech sector


Operations

  • Searching for new business and networking opportunities (Media/ Advertising Events)
  • Coordinate the onboarding of new clients 
  • Translate objectives to an agency / client debrief
  • Create strategic & KPI-driven social advertising and influencer proposals with available resources
  • Coördinate the creation and execution of TIH Business Model Plan (lias between CEO and team)

 

Competences & Qualities 

  • 10+ years of work experience in a digital, advertising and/or influencer marketing environment
  • Highly professional communications skills; worked in corporate environments)
  • Passionate about DE&I and the development of Diversity in the Dutch landscape
  • Ability to Lead by example and operate independently
  • Selfaware and an analytic mindset
  • Extremely positive and aspirational
  • Strong Network of Decision Makers / Access to Decision Makers (Global Brands)

 

Goals trial Periode (1-2 months)

  • Get yourself and the CEO at the right tables; Realize Introduction Meetings (preferably in person)
  • Set up a qualitative target list and execute (independently)

INFLUENCER MARKETING CAMPAIGN MANAGER

As an Influencer Marketing Campaign Manager, you play a pivotal role in driving successful campaigns, ensuring seamless execution, and fostering strong relationships between the agency and influencers. Your primary focus is on achieving campaign objectives while adhering to timelines and budgets.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Execution:
– Manage multiple campaigns from briefing to delivery, ensuring all phases are executed effectively.
– Create detailed planning sheets and maintain progress tracking.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as Creatives and Strategists, to plan and allocate tasks.

Quality Assurance:
Review delivered work to ensure alignment with client briefs and specifications.
– Provide constructive feedback to Creators for continuous improvement.
– Plan and facilitate review sessions and reporting activities.

Influencer Management:
Identify and source suitable influencers for various campaigns.
– Initiate influencer outreach, negotiation, and contract management.
– Oversee influencer relationships and content delivery.
– Generate influencer performance reports.

Creator (& client) Interaction:
Establish and maintain daily communication with account managers and creators.
– Coordinate new briefing sessions and campaign planning.
– Provide regular campaign updates to account managers and schedule review meetings.
– Ensure timely receipt of necessary information from clients.

Competences & Qualities:

Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with creators through effective communication and negotiation skills.

Planning & Organization: Develop comprehensive short- and long-term planning documents. Demonstrate precision and organization in managing tasks and timelines.

Budget Management: Assist in creating cost estimates and manage budgets effectively. Strive for cost-efficient solutions while maintaining high-quality results.

Risk Assessment: Identify potential bottlenecks and challenges across campaign workflows. Employ analytical and solution-oriented thinking to address issues.

Creative Evaluation: Assess creative work for alignment with client briefs and aesthetic standards. Exhibit a keen understanding of clients’ needs and campaign objectives.

Media Proficiency: Stay updated on media specifications, social media trends, and influencer marketing developments. Display a curiosity to explore new media opportunities.

 

Experience: 

  • 1-2 years work experience in either digital/creative agencies, or within social media, influencer marketing, or PR/communication.
  • Basic understanding of influencer marketing and social media dynamics.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Detail-oriented mindset for accurate campaign execution.
  • Adaptability to evolving industry trends and tools.
  • Time management and deadline-driven approach.
  • Proficiency in digital tools and social media platforms, such as Instagram, Tiktok & Twitch.
  • Collaborative attitude for teamwork.
  • Enthusiasm for learning and growth.
  • Problem-solving ability and resourcefulness.
